Our name Brush, describes how our chefs carefully brush each piece of nigiri with our signature Nikiri Shoyu, leading our guests to enjoy a perfect bite. 

As one of the First restaurants to bring Omakase to Atlanta, we feel empowered to showcase our culture with you. Originally founded in 2015, our time in Decatur, GA allowed us to perfect our unique style Omakase experience. 

Omakase, is a dining experience that showcases expert chef techniques, unique fish tastings, and elevated Japanese cuisine. Various elements such as our unique Omakase experience, Binchotan kissed ingredients, and the Kumiko wood aesthetics found at Brush, are reflections of our culture and extensions of our story.
