Georgia Boy is a multi-course, multi-sensory chef’s table experience created by Chef Joey Ward located inside a private dining room that is accessed through Southern Belle. The tasting menu explores Ward’s creative mind, introducing the cuisine of the South through his inventive, colorful lens. A talented team of several well-known names in the Atlanta food & beverage landscape, including General Manager/Beverage Director Kevin Bragg, Wine Director Cate Hatch, and Executive Sous Chef Andreas Müller, help Joey make the magic come to life. The experience is intentionally dynamic, interactive, and intimate where guests are seated together in the Georgia Boy kitchen in full sight of the chefs as they create the dishes right before their eyes.
