Billed as a Vietnamese noodle house, So Ba is a local hangout for bowls of hot pho and bún dishes in the heart of East Atlanta Village. Pho here comes served in small, medium, or large portions, too. Owned by chef Nhan Le, So Ba adjoins with Octopus Bar, which opens after the Vietnamese restaurant closes for the night.
